      Pros

      They have good clients. They have good employees. These are the only 2 pros.

      Cons

      Lets get started: No Employee pay structuring. Salary is not comparable to the work expected. No processes for anything. No appraisal or bonuses, only empty promises. Have to threaten management (Owners) for be taken seriously. No employee retention plan in place. The owners do not do any work, only the employees do work. The management (Owners) have no hierarchical structure for the business. No Business foresight. While management goes for 3 foreign trips in a year employees need to borrow money for survival. They make you feel guilty for taking your own earned leaves. The management feels all employees are just slaves with no lives of their own. Absolutely bad timelines. Paper work is bad.

      1. Great work environment 2. Best place to start your career if you are a budding content writer. 3. Great place to fuel your passion 4. The workshops, activities are engaging.

      Nothing major just the LOP policy for late login seems a little unfair.

      Pros

      TT is a great place to work and help boost your creativity. The dynamic work environment helps one to grow and finesse their skills. One of the best agencies to work with if you're looking at venturing into digital marketing!

      Cons

      As every new company one joins, it may take a few days to settle in but the friendly work environment makes it very easy to adapt.
