      Pros

      Great environment with great colleagues. Interesting and challenging work.

      Cons

      Considering the company's history and that it's still not profitable, there is no job security. Environment can sometimes become toxic with overtime and micromanagement. You need to press hard the management to get paid what you deserve.

      Pros

      The company has very interesting products and if lucky you might get to work in cool projects, but not always the case. Salary ranges are good w.r.t. the market at least in the Hardware Design. RSUs and bonuses are good.

      Cons

      Experience may differ largely depending on the manager and depending on your manager's first impression of you. Higher management allows often toxic behaviors making the life of engineers more difficult. Salary does not evolve easily.

      - Great people - Flexible work hours - Extremely innovative products - Big customers - Great facilities in Athens - High Salaries and bonuses - Annual employees' stock plan

      Cons

      - The offices in Patras are not at the same level as in Athens
