Returning for a Second Time – A Supportive Workplace - Sales Development Representative (SDR) Think Pipeline Employee Review

A high priority for me was for an employer to provide flexible work arrangements where work-life balance is respected. I feel Think Pipeline provides that balance and is also a place where I can earn well. The commission structure is amazing and there is the chance if weekly targets are hit to have Fridays off!

I always enjoy my work and the company's culture at Think Pipeline, and the challenges that I face during my conversations with potential customers, are constantly overcome with the help I get from our company's IT experts. In a niche market of software, the company always finds the right solutions for the customers in the UK and all over Europe, and this is proven by the feedbacks I get from the European markets customers. The customer service at Think Pipeline sets the bar incredibly high, something that makes my every day work more inspiring.

Due to the fact that I work from home most of the time, I am not able to see any negatives aspects of Think Pipeline, as my work relation runs smoothly.
