      Pros

      TP is a great place to work. The management takes care of their team and you can tell they honestly value their employees. They take safety more seriously than any company I have ever worked for. I can't recommend enough.

      Change can be slow to happen.

      TP has great technology (HP Indigo, wide-format inkjet, web-to-print), making it a great place to learn and stay current in the industry. Senior management is approachable and genuinely invested in employees’ success.

      Cons

      With rapid growth and client demands, things can move quickly.
