      Pros

      The people you work with were always fun. Colleagues were often people on working Visa's from overseas.

      Cons

      Pay was average. Promotions did not seem to exist and things were always changing where its hard to feel secure.

      Pros

      Dedicated hard working staff who strive to deliver the best education possible for their students. Always seem to be working against senior management and campus management.

      Cons

      Senior management say they care about staff and students, but everything seems driven by bottom line to the detriment of staff and students
