Great company - Senior Architect Think Development Systems Employee Review

I have been working with Think Development Systems as a contractor for about 2 years now. They have been a professional company, have an understanding administration, and the work environment is encouraging. Think Development has constantly paid my salary on time even when the end client was delayed in payments. I am happy overall with TDS.

The benefits and compensation are average.

Not really anything good to say.

Only pay once a month and the date of pay is not consistent. Will try to low ball you, if you don't know how to negotiate your pay. Once you decide to leave, they turn on you. Technical challenge or just too cheap to upgrade to better technology. Everything is still paper, nothing done electronically. But, they do have direct deposit.
