Pros

If only all companies were run like this one. Here are just a few pros: 1- Human-centered, thoughtful, and compassionate leaders 2- A true "remote first" culture that also provides lots of opportunities to interact with colleagues online and in-person (but only if you want to) 3- Challenging work combined with both the freedom to figure things out on your own and the support you need when you can't 4- Lots of opportunities for upskilling and learning 5- The people are the best. This is a diverse workforce where all people are valued. I could go on but you get the picture.

Cons

This isn't really a con, it's more like a warning: You better know your stuff if you work here because (again) the work is challenging and you'll be thrown right into mix with the expectation that you'll swim, not sink. There's lots of support but if you aren't a go-getter who wants to work hard this is probably not the best place for you.

Pros

A strong team based environment with supportive leaders and clients. Competitive pay based on my experience elsewhere. Good benefits (401k, PTO, hybrid and remote working options) A vision for the future

Cons

Sometimes, it takes a bit of time to feel looped in on all the intricacies of the client work. The project I am on has a VERY large team and as such, it is sometimes difficult to keep a pulse on all the moving pieces with the various PMs on the account.

Pros

The people at Think Company are truly incredible. Every individual working with clients is not only committed to the work they do, but also genuinely cares about their peers. They are the heart of what people recognize and remember about Think Company. When you hear good things about the company, it’s because of them — the people who roll up their sleeves and get the work done.

Cons

The Think Company that most people know is a facade. The company has managed to maintain its reputation because of the incredible people I mentioned in the “pros” section. But behind the scenes, the owners and executive leadership don’t believe in or live up to the company’s stated values. They’re driven by ego, control, and self-interest. Anyone who challenges them, advocates for what’s right, or presents ideas they can’t understand quickly becomes a target — someone to sideline, silence, or strip of influence. Though they constantly claim to care about their employees, the truth is they care only that people believe the facade, fall in line, and accept whatever narrative they’re selling. They aren’t good people. They have good people working for them.
