      Pros

      Friendly Customers and coworkers. Flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Management is MIA most days of operation. Expects supervisor to go above and beyond for .50c more than cashiers. Constant negative emails sent out by the owner weekly. Cashiers make minimum wage. You won’t take breaks everyday. Scheduled on some days your got approved to be off work

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, management is great, friendly work environment, judge free zone, it’s pretty easy to get promoted if you just do your job, the tips are decent.

      Cons

      They hourly pay could be better but I’d say the tips make up for it.
