      You get to learn a lot about different origins of coffee

      Cons

      Men get paid more than woman, the owner of the company is weird and isn’t actually interested in coffee he’s more interested in the money

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, management is great, friendly work environment, judge free zone, it’s pretty easy to get promoted if you just do your job, the tips are decent.

      Cons

      They hourly pay could be better but I’d say the tips make up for it.
