      Pros

      Flexible schedule, management is great, friendly work environment, judge free zone, it’s pretty easy to get promoted if you just do your job, the tips are decent.

      Cons

      They hourly pay could be better but I’d say the tips make up for it.

      Free coffee, pastry employees discount

      Cons

      Unprofessional and unethical management at the locations and upper management as well. Rude and disrespectful approach to employees by management. Constantly understaffed. Underpaid. Overworked.
