The lack of knowledge of the Senior Management here is astounding! The Interiors has a high turn-over of employees due to the lack of experience,knowledge and professionalism of senior management. Tactics of deflection, blame and fabricated stories are used to deflect from incompetency of management. Demeaning, disrespectful behavior are common towards employees and truth is a matter of convenience.
