      Pros

      The company has a friendly atmosphere, provide breakfast on Fridays.

      Cons

      They provided NO training for there systems. They do not know how to manage the people they hire. They give you this manual that is the very basic of everything and throw you to the wolves. They give 3 people the same job to do so there is not very good communication.

      Benefits are unique in today's workforce, thoughtful and plentiful. Creative solutions are encouraged, teamwork is outstanding.

      Cons

      We serve a market that requires 24/7 support that are critical to the end users ability to provide care, but as a company we understand the urgency and are proud to serve this sector of healthcare.

      - Small office. - No Communication. - No Teamwork. - Non-existent leadership. - Our work can be 100% remote, but we are forced to come into office. - Culture is Reactive and not proactive.
