Pros

I've worked for and with Think ABM for approximately 18 months firstly as a coach and consultant before coming on board full time in my role as Managing Director. After a 10 year hiatus from the B2B marketing world, it was going to take a special company to lure me away from the world of consultancy, and Think ABM is just that. Ultimately it was (and is) the team and the product that made me so keen to be a part of this exciting and dynamic growing business. I have rarely encountered a group of people who are so knowledgeable in their respective fields, so passionate and hard working and who care so much about delivering the best possible results for our clients. This is reflected in the consistently excellent feedback we get from our clients and our industry beating metrics (99.6% lead acceptance rate as a simple example!) We have worked hard to ensure that the culture of Think ABM is one of true openness and transparency. We have a spirit and attitude of continuous improvement and are constantly looking at how we can do and be better as a collective. I'm also proud and delighted to work for our CEO; a truly inspirational woman whose bold vision and determination is the foundation of everything we do. She is both collaborative and caring, empowering us all to bring our best selves, offer feedback and suggestions, provide our own unique insights and take dynamic action.

Cons

We're a small growing company and it's not for everyone! People who really enjoy the Think ABM experience are those who are entrepreneurial minded who thrive on the challenge of building something and delivering the best possible results. It's not a place to work if you're concerned about your ego or status - it's often all hands on deck to get something done or to launch a new initiative. Moreover, as a growing company we don't necessarily have all the tools and benefits you might expect if you're used to a big company. We're working on that the entire time and are always on the lookout for true collaborators who are excited and understand our mission.

Pros

Having worked at several lead gen companies, I can honestly say that my experience as an Account Director at Think ABM has been outstanding. The company is truly exciting and growing fast, which keeps things fresh and full of opportunities for development. Our clients regularly praise us for running smooth, successful campaigns, and I believe that’s a direct result of the strong teamwork and dedication across the board. I genuinely feel supported by upper management — they’re approachable, invested in our success, and really care about doing things right. Plus, I work with an incredible CX and operations team that always goes the extra mile.

Cons

Rapid growth is an exciting sign of a thriving company, but it can also bring some challenges along the way. As we continue to expand quickly, there are moments when priorities shift and resources might feel stretched a bit thin. However, these growing pains are natural in a dynamic environment, and they also create opportunities for us to learn, adapt, and improve. I see it as a sign of a company that’s always moving forward, and with the right mindset and teamwork, we’re able to navigate these changes happily and successfully.

Pros

- the pay is decent compared to industry average - some of the co-workers are really nice

Cons

- the CEO doesn't understand the industry, and it shows in the decisions she makes that affect the employees and ultimately the clients poorly - they don't have great systems/tools for the employees to use to do their jobs (very cheap company) - they let a lot of people go without any warning or legitimate reason, which is unfortunate (heard from many former and current employees communication) - they only cover half of your benefits (insurance, etc) and make you go get that insurance on your own as they don't have a system for you to use. It's very, very time consuming on your end as the employee - just in general, not very transparent and it comes off sneaky and suspicious, which should is a red flag

Thanks for taking the time to leave your thoughts and opinions - I think your perspective of our CEO and Founder is an interesting one considering the speed at which the company has grown (and continues to grow) under her vision and leadership. Moreover, we recently introduced Customer Satisfaction surveys as standard at the close of all campaigns as standard which underlines clearly that our clients are very satisfied with our product offering and service levels. We've recently resolved the issue around health insurance and are also in the process of upgrading and investing in our tools and tech stack as we grow. Small company environments are not for everyone and we appreciate that. Transparent communication is always at the top of our agenda and is actually an area that our team praise us for on a regular basis. It's also a two way street - the people that thrive at Think ABM are those that are orientated towards solutions instead of problems and who are willing to bring the fullness of their contribution to the table.
