Crew - Route Driver Thillens Employee Review

Terrible company to work for. Constant excuses why they can't pay out quarterly bonuses along with dumb excuses as to why they had to reduce employee pay. Leadership that doesn't care at all, their company is going down the drain and upper management would rather take vacations then take action. This company had good potential however that has disappeared rapidly with the loss of customers and lack of care for their staff. They also preach that it is a family company however they offer long hour work weeks and when you need a vacation there is always an issue with it.
