Pros
You can be lazy and still have a job there. Everyone is unqualified and ineffective at their jobs. Even if you don’t know anything, you can still coast by and collect a paycheck by doing little to nothing like most people there.
Cons
Too much favoritism and discrimination based on race and how you look. Managers are rude and unprofessional in their behavior & speech. Coworkers are constantly leaving or are being fired so you will have to work with stupid new people every few months and teach them everything all over again. There is no growth or future here unless you enjoy doing the same thing over and over again.
