      Pros

      One of the best employers in NZ. Theta offers a great work environment and promotes positive culture. Leaders are good in terms of mentoring people. Flat structure, where top management also are involved directly in projects making it easier for team members . Theta has one of the best compensation offerings in NZ. Team is diverse with people from all over the world.

      Locally based with little to no global presence.

      Very pleasant place to work, very people focussed, most shareholders work in the business, big enough to provide opportunities for growth and varied challenges but small enough to feel like a community even across locations. Reasonable pay, low levels of office politics

      Might not be your thing if used to large highly structured and hierarchical organisations
