      Pros

      none that I can think of.

      Cons

      Low pay rate and an extremely high workload. A high turnover rate in the lab due to a hostile and toxic work environment. There are accusatory coworkers that will report your every mistake to management. No ability to cross-train into other departments and you will quickly find yourself looking for another job.

      I have worked here for 11 years and the company treats you well if you treat them well. I have learned so much from this company from Microsoft Office to analysis.

      Cons

      There are can be high turn over in other sections and then the training starts over again.
