      good exposure bcs get to learn everything from a to z abt the project

      Cons

      -bad management (no hr) -no senior positions (all employees are fresh graduates) -didnt allign with contract -didnt allign with labor law -low pay -no work life balance - during probation : no leaves, no epf socso, no benefits, no ot pay, probation period to long (6months), long notice period of resignation (2months)

      Good environment for working(new office comfortable)

      Cons

      Bad management, no HR, no project manager. No senior can we refer or assist. No increment or bonus even u already working there 2-3 years with overload task.
