Pros
Some of the pros of working here are -Good Pay, as far as I can tell it's a difficult thing to judge in this field -The company has a strong focus on employee success -Lots of locations and opportunities to relocate for major projects. -The culture is one of the best I've ever experienced in a workplace.
Cons
Some of the limited cons are -While the company has a good overall culture, certain offices have taken it to an extreme and are truly special places to work while others are more of a collection of people who just punch the clock. It's important to meet and interact with the team wherever you're looking to work before starting so you know what kind of office you're joining. -Many managers are really just engineers who have been around a while. This is awesome in that they know their work and can help you a lot, but many never tried to learn how to manage and coach people as much as they should have. These managers are not the majority and it should be clear that they're still solid, they're just not the dream boss.
