Pros

Great place to sell your soul for some experience, but don't get sucked in for too long. Most of the employees are really great people who work hard for an unappreciative company. Over worked and under paid.

Cons

Worst 'Senior Leadership Team' (if you can even call them that) I've ever worked for. Their 'better than you' attitudes get really old really quick. You didn't earn your jobs, your parents gave them to you, remember that.

• Quick design of pressure vessels using FINGLOW and VVD (Virtual Vessel Design • Preparation of RFQ’s, floating enquiries to the material suppliers and third party inspection agencies, estimation of man-hours and preparation of estimation sheets. • Preparation of part drawings to support RFQ’s, site plans, general assembly drawings to show overall dimensions. • Analysis of the pressure vessel for stresses and failures using ANSYS.

Cons

I cannot mention cons because management was so friendly and very much professional and made me a good professional with perfect training .

great people, diverse skillbases, but they are not allowed to shine nor encouraged to do so.

Cons

was great starting out two years ago but senior leadership decisions and turnover have made it not enjoyable nor transparent, no room to move up. glad i left when i did, i hear it's not getting much better.
