- Micromanaging - Managers with no outside experience - Unorthodox methods - Lack of credibiliy - No follow through of anything - Every person for themself - When incompetent managers are exposed, they go after subordinates - High turn over - Everyone except management is looking to get out - Crude behavior in office that goes unnoticed - HR is a joke - Do not follow any guidelines of their parent company, Heico - No process capability - Incompetentcy in every department
