Pros

People are very friendly at first. Hase google vibes with free food and drinks, games, and bean bag chair rooms.

Cons

VERY very shady. They claim they treat you like family...until they don't. Very very clique-y. As someone who was in one of the cliques I can tell you first hand that they do NOT care about you. They purposely hire more than they need just to keep maybe 3 people. They talk about you behind your back. The managers have been there since the beginning and if you don't pretend to like them and suck up to them, you'll be gone very soon. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this company as I loved the CEOs family. Unfortunately, they passed and it no longer feels warm in there. It feels robotic and chaotic. Most have no idea what they are doing, but if you do show promise they quickly make you a trainer or "mentor" and then you have to do your job and new employees jobs for no extra money. I hope you don't have a life outside of there because I saw someone get asked to quit because they wanted to make their AA meetings after work and couldn't stay passed their scheduled work shift. As a mental health company you would think they would show more empathy to an issue such as that. In the end, it's a company not a family. If you need a job and they hire you, work there, but don't expect it to be a job you can just do and go home. They involve you way more than you want to for no additional pay and you do it because if you give any pushback you will be fired. It also depends which manager you get. One of them who wasn't even mine was horrible. I watched people cry under her. It made me feel terrible for them. No one should feel like that at a place you spend more time in than your own home.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. Management makes employees feel valued and appreciated, which has stood out to me compared to other companies I’ve worked for. The company also offers an excellent work-life balance, and the pay is decent. Overall, it is a rewarding and supportive place to work.

Cons

No major cons from my experience. There can be occasional busy periods, but the overall work environment and support from management have been positive.

Pros

Great team culture which encourages closely working together and those with more experience teaching and helping new hires. Great healthcare, dental, and 401k benefits Good opportunities for long term careers Work from home allows for flexible schedules and less time and money spent on driving and gas. Teams always open for feedback on how to improve Fun team building exercises which make you feel like part of a family and not just a working team.

Cons

Quickly expanding company means growing pains, shifts to SoA, new hires, refactoring into Angular and simultaneous development of new features can lead to quickly out of date documentation and unexpected issues which block work items.
