Pros

Great job, great people. The camaraderie really makes it enjoyable. When I first started, it was close to the end of fall, so with the onset of in-climate weather, and sudden car troubles, I was able to set up work from home, and management was more than willing to work with me through that transition period. It feels good to be recognized and appreciated for any hard work and effort put in. There are weekly and Monthly company events, such as happy hour, or a social event, such as movie night, which really promotes a close knit office. An hour for lunch really lets you explore all the dining in the area, and there are some great places around the area. There is low stress at work

Cons

Due to the open floor plan, we can hear most employees. When it comes to phone calls, that gets a bit rough. I often have to leave my area to hear people more clearly.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. Management makes employees feel valued and appreciated, which has stood out to me compared to other companies I’ve worked for. The company also offers an excellent work-life balance, and the pay is decent. Overall, it is a rewarding and supportive place to work.

Cons

No major cons from my experience. There can be occasional busy periods, but the overall work environment and support from management have been positive.

Pros

Great team culture which encourages closely working together and those with more experience teaching and helping new hires. Great healthcare, dental, and 401k benefits Good opportunities for long term careers Work from home allows for flexible schedules and less time and money spent on driving and gas. Teams always open for feedback on how to improve Fun team building exercises which make you feel like part of a family and not just a working team.

Cons

Quickly expanding company means growing pains, shifts to SoA, new hires, refactoring into Angular and simultaneous development of new features can lead to quickly out of date documentation and unexpected issues which block work items.
