      Higher rate for therapy sessions, issued an iPad and phone for work, great staff, great families, any concerns I had were addressed, and recognition for the work I did.

      Easygoing, great coworkers. Chill schedule. Clean clinic

      Cons

      Unprofessional HR. lack of support from BCBA’s.. as there’s only one BCBA that supported about 15 of us RBTs. no guaranteed hours if a client cancels you get cut. admin time is not even an option here.. if you need to spend an extra hour staying after your client.. note sessions are paid out at minimum wage… SMH
