      I am grateful for being apart of the Therapy Matters team as a speech therapist. The office staff and Supervisors are amazing and supportive. It’s a great to be apart of a team that cares so much about the families we serve and employees.

      Easygoing, great coworkers. Chill schedule. Clean clinic

      Cons

      Unprofessional HR. lack of support from BCBA’s.. as there’s only one BCBA that supported about 15 of us RBTs. no guaranteed hours if a client cancels you get cut. admin time is not even an option here.. if you need to spend an extra hour staying after your client.. note sessions are paid out at minimum wage… SMH
