Very supportive management. Owners genuinely care about the team, not just about making money, and want to help the team achieve their goals and grow. As a purely virtual company, it's very nice not to have to commute to the office. Micromanagement doesn't exist here; the team trusts each other to do what needs to be done. So much opportunity to learn and grow here. Therapy Flow is a great fit for people who want to grow and create their own career path (with help, of course); this is not the kind of place for people who want a cushy job.

While it's nice not to have a commute to the office, that means it's more challenging to build relationships with coworkers.

There is no hierarchical or “boss-like” environment. Everyone works collaboratively, and every opinion is heard and respected. We are constantly learning together and improving. The goal at Therapy Flow is to empower everyone with the skills and mindset to one day lead major companies — just like the PayPal Mafia.
