It's fantastic to build and work on apps that make a real difference to peoples lives, especially so when hearing positive comments and feedback from user reviews. Great office culture and found it enjoyable to work alongside all my colleagues. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. Teamwide involvement when designing new features for products. Yearly salary reviews and opportunity for promotions. It is a great entry into the industry to build up experience. Every day brought a new challenge; there was always something new to work on.
Cons
The pace of development is very fast, which can be stressful at times - especially in the run up to a big release. Tight budgets and deadlines which could result in overtime to deliver and meet requirements.
