It's a great place to be exposed to establish a career in tech, by taking on challenges and being exposed to lots of technologies!

Therapy Box expects a lot from their employees, even Junior developers and Interns who are working on with a specific technology for the very first time. The pressures of a small business to hit targeted milestones, means that projects are built at a rushed pace, which leads to challenge as a Project Manager when it comes to assuring high quality app store ready apps, whilst trying to limiting the amount of time for QA testing in order to deliver products to clients in a timely manner.
