Pros
They have great CEU opportunities. There isn’t any micromanaging. You can make your own hours. The pay per visit is fair. They have mileage reimbursement. There are benefits such as health, dental, vision offered, 401k, HSA. The paperwork isn’t too bad. Just notes for your session, re-evaluations, and your initial evaluations. They adjust pay for the reevaluations and evaluations.
Cons
There can be fluctuations in weekly pay if clients go on hold or if the kids are sick and need to cancel. These things can be out of your control. It can sometimes take a long time before they can replace a client on your caseload.
