I feel very supported and valued as an employee and as a therapist. They not only care about our work life but also check in to make sure we are personally doing well. They offer so many CEUs and are advocates for improving our knowledge base to help us be better therapists so that we can better serve our community. T2K provides opportunities for personal and professional growth. T2K truly cares about its employees and patients. They provide flexibility and independence. The owner and management are always open to new ideas to assist in improving the company and it's employees. They offer great benefits and incentives. The marketers work really hard on getting referrals so new therapists caseloads get full pretty quickly. The office staff and authorization team are very helpful in getting documents signed and authorization added, which gives us a quick turn around between eval and treat.
Cons
Documentation is pretty lengthy but thorough, which is the reason why T2K has such a low denial rate.
