Pros

T2K hires ethical people who believe in quality therapy. Clinician's have complete autonomy with scheduling, so job flexibility can't be beat. The agency wholeheartedly supports their employees by providing the resources, continuing education opportunities, and quick access to assigned clinical managers. The ETX CLMs and office staff are top-notch! There is always someone to help with any questions/concerns or when you just need some professional advice. ST/OT/PT disciplines often share patients, so there is plenty of opportunity to collaborate and build camaraderie with others. Health benefits are offered to part-time employees, which is a bonus for people (like me) who yearn to achieve a better work-life balance. Founder and administrator, Jerre van den Bent (PT) is an authentic leader who works tirelessly to keep pediatric home health care a viable option for children, which is especially critical in rural settings where services are not readily available.

Cons

Meeting evaluation report deadlines can be challenging when your week is full of therapy visits. But, hey, at least you can wear your pajamas, burn some essential oil, and sip coffee to get you through the night!

The company has a culture of compassion, integrity, excellence, teamwork, and FUN!

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any cons. If an employee has a need or question, management is quick to respond and support them. Therapy 2000 supports and equips its employees for success. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork and family.

Pros

Friendly staff and coworkers, flexible schedule (coordinate with patients on your own vs company), lots of free CEU options, supportive management when they're available, good culture overall.

Cons

Must supply your own toys/therapy tools (no stipend, etc), which can get expensive and take up a lot of space in your vehicle and home. Benefits are very expensive, and there is no pay if client cancels last minute. Can be very difficult to manage actual FT caseload if clients are not very close to each other, may end up traveling a lot depending on patient availability/marketing, etc. Worked FT hours but technically only had PT caseload according to quotas.
