Wonderful to see growth in clients overtime Flexible schedule and frequently forgiving of sudden illness or changes in life outside of work. Supervision hours available for programs.
Cons
No accountability on part of company. Frequently performs shady practices with new hires (i.e. promising vacation time, then not providing written proof to employees; 6-month contract requiring new hires to pay Tpathways $400 dollars if leaving before then) New session conversion process made much longer with no expectation to be paid for time spent catching up off-site. Frequently late on pay for employees. Rude HR and IT staff.
