Pros
The job is satisfying and you are doing great work as an RBT.
Cons
The company doesn’t really care about RBT’s and only cares about those sitting at a desk (BCBA’s etc). Didn’t get a raise once after working there for a year and 7 months except for when you get certified and it was a few cents more per hour from what I remember. Also the environment is just kind of cold, employees don’t even say “hi” walking past you in the halls.
