      Would never work for Theory Australia again - Retail Sales Assistant Theory Employee Review

      - 50% off as staff discount

      Cons

      - Pettiness from management, i.e. called in for a sick day (as a casual employee) and had my shifts cut for 2 weeks. This happened multiple times - Management with superiority complexes who talk down to staff (unless you're friends outside of work with them) - HR is for the employer not the employee so don't bother going to them for any help as they side with management

      Theory was an exceptional company to work for! Strong leadership team & great product.

      Cons

      There were a lot of marketing opportunities to better support the stores.

      Pros

      Clients are usually lovely and have a strong passion for the brand.

      Cons

      Corporate teams seem to have a lot of different initiatives all the time all at once and things can get chaotic because of it. They also pull the sale lever too quickly and too frequently
