Pros
Good experience being straight out of college. Nice people to work with.
Cons
Lack of sustained improvement / experience as it was in their 'contractor' category. Low base pay. Lack of a true business outlook (rep with company changed and I was not informed until I tried to contact him; supervisors at contracted company did not hear much from them.)
