It was a good team and a fun ride for a while.

New management during growth period made some questionable choices, leading to a lot of departures. Then market conditions became a challenge.

The culture/working conditions and compensation at Theorem used to be great but changed drastically in the last couple years

They cancelled my original equity grant, which had vested over several years, and replaced it with options that were much less valuable.
