Uncertainty and lack of strategic direction, coupled with limited understanding of modern corporate requirements and lack of necessary skills within senior management. Frequent shifts in priorities, inadequate performance evaluations, and regular layoffs. There appears to be no genuine commitment to meaningful change, and career advancement opportunities remain scarce.
