1. Toxic workplace... 2. There are 5 members as core team, and know one wants you to grow beyond them. 3. They will behave very nicely with you until their jobs / tasks get completed. 4. Every month you have to work day / night no matter weekdays or weekends or even your personal commitments. 5. Doesn't even now what is people, culture, management and work environment is appointed as HR Manager. 6. Such a toxic culture were you can learn on "How to survive in a company where spoons are snakes are everywhere" and "How to work with company were no vision and no mission will be seen". 7. Now comes to founders were you can see only giving fake commitments and not capable of selling their own platforms. 8. Company is not stable in both suitation(financial & projects). 9. I could suggest not to join this company ever not even in dreams. You might see some positive reviews above which are paid ones and forced by core team to write in various platforms.
