      A small firm of dedicated theatre design experts. Amazing company culture and relaxed but professional atmosphere. You’ll travel, have lots of fun, work on world class projects. Excellent networking with the world’s greatest design pros and performing artists. Benefits include reimbursements to attend live performances. extraordinary benefit package.

      low pay for region. long hours sometimes.

      Pros

      If you want to work for a company that pays well but treats you like dirt, work for TP.

      Cons

      If you want to work for a company that talks about you behind your back during Zoom meetings and have a manager who showed their outlook calendar to justify they were too busy to provide feedback since you were on temporary employment, work for TP.
