      You do get to leave work at a decent time

      Cons

      No benefits what so ever. no insurance no sick leave no maternity leave No paid vacation (actually no vacation at all ! Their afraid to hire woman Always cutting pay.

      Pros

      TheTeamFactory is a great place to be in your Sales career. It is hard work but is worth it and shows in time. The company, team, and managers all challenge you to be your best and support you along the way. Absolutey benefited me and would recommend.

      Cons

      It can be very hard work and stressful, especially in the busy season. This can be hard to get the hang of but can pay off in time and can show in your paycheck.
