You work at your own schedule.

Cons

Although you work at your time, they would bombard you with tasks (each due in 24hrs). They claim it’s a freelance position yet they demand your availability 24/7 even on weekends. They claim their criteria is high yet the work quality there is not good. You basically do full time job with no benefits raises bonuses or anything. My experience with management wasn’t good.

Remote work Flexible working hours (totally flexible as long as you meet your deadlines! This setup is amazing for maintaining a great work–life balance) international team (young and creative people) Can learn new skills

Cons

A culture of frequent layoffs No benefits for remote employees Remote employees use own hardware Not competitive salary Difficult to invest in a career at the company due to frequent layoffs and lack of stability. Things change from one day to the next
