Located right in the center of Amsterdam, it was great to work with a group of expats, such as myself. It was a big welcome to the city and it gave me the opportunity to make such good friends. On top of that, the work itself is very rewarding - it's the best feeling to be able to connect and help patients everyday!

Although very rewarding, the job is also hard because, unfortunately, we can't help every patient. So, there are some frustrating and less happy moments.

The team culture is ambitious, can-do, forward thinking, equal, positive, with trust given by senior management to make real change.

They expect people to take accountability, work together, own up to mistakes, learn and iterate.
