Pros
I met some very nice people while working here. However, they were all fired or pushed out for no apparent reason except the owner's whim.
Cons
- The owner hires people, and then changes what the job actually is once you start. - The owner is paranoid and spies on his staff with camera's, baby monitors, and reluctant managers who do not have a choice. - Constant turn-over, you always feel like you are next on the list, no matter how hard or well you work. If you are targeted, they will find whatever they can, or set you up to get fired. The other tactic is to make you so miserable that you have no choice but to leave. _-I could go on and on about the horrible conditions here but I think that I have made the point...DO NOT APPLY!
