TheRightDoctors Response
4yWe appreciate you sharing your honest feedback. Listening to our team members, present or past, and empowering them to share their ideas on how to make TheRightDoctors a better place to work is vital.
We have made some changes based on your feedback and making doubly sure, through video confirmation, that incoming candidates are made aware of what they are getting into upfront to prevent any surprises later. And with an opportunity to exit.
Nobody is a bad hire. Every person is unique and well suited in a particular set of circumstances. Cacti bloom in the desert. The arctic has its flora and fauna. But even a Ferrari cannot float or fly. Horses for courses.
Unfortunately, during the early years, a startup needs a lot of attention. Ask young parents. They will tell you stories about sleepless nights and visits to the hospital, even for diarrhoea. Because diarrhoea, which is an inconvenience for adults, can kill a baby.
You have to be a little crazy to work in a startup. Otherwise, you can go nuts. Like, we suppose you did. Our apologies.
Remember, firefighters rush towards the fire, not run away from it. Even a person who take the first shuttle out and the last shuttle in is pulling more than 12 hours.
We wish you the very best and have no ill will and will continue to work harder, smarter, till we achieve our goals or die trying.
And for all those who are reading this reply, remember you are forewarned. Join at your peril.
We are looking for evidence of exceptional ability from candidates who are hungry and hard working.
While we take our weekly off and working hours very seriously, please join only if what you have applied for is your idea of fun, not work.
Do not apply if you are looking for a work-life balance. When you are having fun, where is the question of work, in the classical sense of the word?
We are a crazy bunch of people who iterate even in our dreams and are looking for similar dysfunctional team members !!!
Working( oops! having fun) at our place will accelerate your preparedness for a distorted version of the real world. Mind-numbing. Backbreaking. Sweat. Blood. And Tears. Not for the faint-hearted.
Yet fun and highly rewarding in its own way if you are ready for it.
Are you?
