My review is mainly for an engineer that could be interested in a position in the technical department. - It is a good place to learn by practice quite a lot of interesting stuff, just search for "honey badger team" and read. - It is a good product. Just some polishing is needed in some areas to make it great and it should happen this year. - In addition to that the perks are good.

The company is in a process of some internal changes so things will change. The process hasn't finished so there is uncertainty there. Things that are true now might be different in three months time. Take references (positives or negative) with caution.

Innovative landscape, disruptive ecosystem ( dynamic video ads), clearly in the forefront on the content marketing space. Some excellent teammates to work with.

Lack of innovation culture, learning from failing and moving forward to achieve success. Tech team worked isolated, without collaborating with the rest of the team to build a business together.
