Pros

Everyone is amazing and supportive. best workplace for women. CEO is a gem of a person, it's like god made Men and Created him as an apology. He has made the workplace the safest, easiest and bestest place. There are perks for pregnant women too. Everyone is supportive and lovely. From the directors to managers, to fellow employees, all of them are sweethearts.

Cons

none. there are no cons.

Pros

Work From Home I seriously cannot think any other benefit other than this.

Cons

-False Incentive Promises. -No Paid Maternity Leaves. -The Directors don't know how to handle their position. -HR head managing accounts. -No Proper Management structure. -All Team Meets are so long. It is like a school that attendance is mandatory to sing a full birthday song for an employee. -You will have to bring in sales and do callings even on Sundays and If you don't Managers won't spare you. -They want you to work 24/7. No work Life Balance and they feel proud in not giving that. Just forget your personal life and live for this organisation. - No proper communication channel between the teams, Operations is working according. - They will take ages to do a welcome call to the students -Nothing is automated. -If I could I would have given negative ranking to senior management.

Pros

Nothing except being women orienter company

Cons

No hiring strategy in place. Leadership does not know why they are hiring and for which role they need people. Every recruiter is working on 1 or 2 roles only. They hired me and fired me in just 13 days. Reason: You are overqualified and we are doing cost cutting. If you were not aware in which role you want to hire then why did you hire the candidate.
