No career growth Very poor salary The salary is flat scale without taking into consideration the industry rate in that field e.g. how does a software dev earn the same as event organizers Favoritism- you get employed with other people at the same time and suddenly they are given salary reviews and its not something like a promotion , you are all doing the same job but for you no salary review
