      Very low pay it is not competitive within industry at all; management is very biased and non appreciative ; no career growth opportunity

      Pros

      Lots of independent research time although it does get busy every now and then.

      Cons

      Depends on what you’re looking for. More suited for those that are somewhat quantitative savy (nothing crazy-comfortable with math at highschool level and capable of learning higher lever stuff on ur own if required) and want comfortable 8-5.
