Great opportunity to travel if you ever manage to get off the ship. Lots of interesting destinations. Lovely residents and guests. Compensation is fair above average. Some lovely crew.
Cons
Poor management who promote a very unhealthy working toxic environment. Untrained management who are in positions they cannot manage many full positions without proper education to support their position. No formal training. Bad biased recruitment process. Turnover is so high they recruit the wrong people to quickly fill the never ending list of vacancies. Lots of lovely crew. Lots of entitled crew also backstabbing and lies is the norm here. Crew morale is poor and people are scared to speak or talk to management as they fire anyone that dares to complain. Appraisals are a joke and unfair People fired every other day. And too many bullies. The more you are a bully the better you keep your job. Certain departments have worse bullies. Housekeeping and HR being up there again untrained people in management positions Lots of alcohol consumption is widely practised along with bed hopping bad behaviour is rewarding for some. Lots of perks for the management who possess no attributes or care if you live or die.
