Pros

When I first started at The Works Recruitment my role was very basic and it didn't really have anything going for it, but saying that my role has truly flowered to be a very exciting and constantly different each day, I can truly say I love with my job and the company! The staff are great! The Directors constantly put one hundred percent into each and every staff member that works here, they help you progress within your role and they maintain healthy work relationship with all the staff. No one at The Works is your stereotypical staff member/boss, everyone is unique in there own way, they're compassionate, skilled and just down right do gooders and with the balance of professionalism and office banter makes working here second to none, the atmosphere is just perfect, there never is a down day when working here and i can honestly say I couldn't of asked for more.

Cons

I can't think of any.

Pros

The Company really has a great ethos and work ethic. It's an ambitious forward thinking business, lots of challenges and hectic at times but you never get bored and every day is different. It's a great place to work, we have a vibrant team spirit with lots of different personalities, makes us very diverse. One thing we all have in common is that we are really good people, friendly and welcoming. We talk, discuss and share our ideas (not always about work!) We help people find jobs they are suited to. It puts a smile on your face when it all works out for them and us.

Cons

We need to work on organising ourselves internally a bit better. At the moment there are quite a few new staff so lots of training going on which is good but we can't afford to take our eye off the ball.
